Leadership in Community, Social and Youth Work

This course is a must for anyone working in a community organisation – I’ve been organising our local festival every year and now I understand so much about how to get the best out of the other volunteers and how to bring the community with us. Thank you. It was a great year   

This year I met people I would never normally meet and I enjoyed the lively discussions and learning how to listen to other peoples’ points of view. It really helped me to understand that mine is not the only true point of view!  Thanks to all the staff at NCC
