Health Services Supervisory

The support received from tutors in every module was excellent. They were behind us 100%, everything that we asked of them was neither too big nor small. The modules covered supported areas that a supervisor would cover. Since completing the course, I am office based within my organisation, organising rotas and assisting with care plans, which has become a lot easier with the knowledge gained from the course. In September I will be starting a social care degree with ATU and thanks to this course doing assignments doesn’t seem as daunting, it has prepared me for what lies ahead.

Hi, my name is Carmel, and I am a student at North Connaught College. I am currently in my second year at the college, and I am completing my Healthcare Supervisory Management QQI Level 6. The course is structured in different modules which gives you a deeper knowledge and understanding of how to work in teams, develop personally and professionally, promote health and well-being, deal with conflict, and provides you with the skills to work in supervisory roles in a Healthcare setting. For me, this course combined with the professional teaching and support of our tutors has given me the competence to work in any supervisory role in a Healthcare setting. I would recommend and encourage anyone who wants to enhance their promotion opportunities in their workplace to complete this course.
